I hope everyone has been having a great week so far! So this week I’ve been playing a ton of Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 3 and Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair. I currently have a total of 22 hours played in Re;Birth 3, and it’s absolutely amazing to see how much the series has improved over time. I think part of the reason that makes Re;Birth 3 so good is the fact that it’s a remake of Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory, and that was widely known to be the best Neptunia game released. I’ve never played any of the PS3 version of the Hyperdimension series, so I don’t know if they were good or bad, what I do know is that they’ve constantly been improving their games. One of the main things I love about the Hyperdimension series is the comedy, I’ve laughed so many times while playing the games. Re;Birth 3 takes the comedy to a whole new level, the jokes in the game are just better compared to the last two games.

Another game I’ve been enjoying this week has been Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair. I purchased the game on release date, but never had the time to fully immerse myself in it. I also own the first game, but I’ve never actually finished it. Instead I watched the anime, which felt really rushed since it was compressed into just 13 episodes, but I feel it did a decent job. So last night I started playing the final chapter, and I finally beat it! I believe it took me a total of 58 hours to complete the whole game, which is an epic amount of time, that’s mainly due to the insanely long class trails. My only complaint on Danganronpa is the fact that the class trails are massive, they are around two hours long each. That’s really the only negative thing I have to say about Danganronpa, it’s an amazing visual novel and I think more Vita owners out there should give it a try! I do recommend you play the first game though, I mean you could watch the anime instead, which would save you tons of time, but the game goes far more in-depth on the story and character development.
