Earlier today Koei Tecmo revealed the bonus content that people can expect to receive when they pre-order their copy of Samurai Warriors 4 Empires which is set to release on the PlayStation 4 on March 15th. Koei Tecmo also revealed details on new playable characters and the game’s battle system. Anyone who pre-orders Samurai Warriors 4 Empires from Amazon, Best Buy, Gamestop and EB Canada will receive a “Bonus Item Set” which consists of an additional castle option, the Golden Castle, Osaka Campaign scenario, and a costume for in-game character Takakage Kobayakawa. Fans of the series will also receive an exclusive costume for one of the most popular female characters of the Samurai Warriors series, Lady Hayakawa.

Lady Hayakawa is only one of the historically known women of influence available to players in Samurai Warriors 4 Empires. Samurai Warriors 4 Empires will feature individualized minor officers consisting of 200 male and female officers, all of which have unique appearances and stats. These officers are based on warriors, known lords and ladies, and dynamic personalities who left their distinct mark in history.
