Hello everyone! I will be releasing my review for Tales of Xillia 2 in early April. I’ve written some of the review already, I’m almost completely done with the game, so after I beat it I’ll publish my review, but if you were a fan of the first Tales of Xillia, then you should check out Xillia 2 for sure, I’ve had a ton of fun with it so far, and I highly recommend it!
I have also purchased the Collectors Edition for Tales of Xillia 2, it should be here in a few days! I’ll post a few pictures of it when it arrives. I also picked up Tales of Vesperia earlier this month, and I put around 8 hours into it, and it’s great! I still haven’t played enough of it to post a review though, but I plan on reviewing it! I also picked up Tales of Graces F, and I’ve been playing a ton of it. The thing I’m enjoying the most about Tales of graces F is the combat system, it’s great and so far I have no complaints about it. The story of Tales of Graces F is pretty straightforward, but it’s decent, and it’s worth buying if you’re a Tales fan.
I plan on releasing reviews for all the Tales of games that I’ve picked up recently, so in April I’ll have reviews for Xillia 2 and Tales of Graces F up! I do plan on reviewing Tales of Vesperia, but I’ll have that review up in May, since I’m planning to release two reviews per month that will give me time to play and complete the games that I’m reviewing.
The last game I picked up this month was Final Fantasy Type-0 HD. I put two hours into it so far, and I’m really not enjoying the game. I feel like they didn’t do a good job in remastering the game in HD, a lot of the game textures look low res and it just overall doesn’t look pretty. Another negative aspect of the game is the story, it just doesn’t make sense, I read that you need to play it multiple times to understand it, and I personally don’t like that, it should be easily understandable the first time you play and beat the game. I plan on playing it some more though, and I’ll have a review of the game up in May.
